SERVING PAPERS OUT OF JURISDICTION

If you need to serve legal papers out of the jurisdiction, in or out of Wales, you must make sure that you use the Hague Convention laws or attempt service in accordance with local laws of the country. This can be complicated as you need to contact a solicitor in that country to help you serve the papers.
