The revised Hague Conference on Private International Law (HCCH) draft guide to good practice on art 13(b) of the 1980 Hague Convention, as to cases in which there is a grave risk of exposing the child to physical or psychological harm, or otherwise placing the child in an intolerable situation, has been completed and submitted to the governance body of the HCCH, the Council on General Affairs and Policy, for approval. Celebrating a success

Hello its Deborah and Euzi,

We are celebrating, one of our older clients who popped into the Free Legal Advice Service just contacted us to inform us that she is absolutely thrilled as she woke up this week and there was loads of light coming into her house, she had a problem with a neighbour who initially refused to cut back a tree that was completely blocking her light, it took several visits from her and several e-mails from us but hey ho, her neighbour was finally persuaded to deal with the matter and he has actually cut the tree completely back
