In its press release, Thompsons Solicitors stated that the government's newly laid regulations the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses (Amendment) Regulations 2022, SI 2022/852, are in breach of Article 11 of the European Convention on Human Rights and the UK-EU trade and Cooperation Agreement.
