when parents get divorced? Interestingly in the case of twin children, born pursuant to a surrogacy
agreement, it was not possible to grant a parental order either in favour of the
respondent parents, or the applicant stepfather. Accordingly, the Family Division,
in granting various orders, made the children wards of Court!
