SURROGACY CHILDREN

Hi! It’s Deborah and Euzi! What do you think the Courts would consider when dealing with surrogacy children
when parents get divorced? Interestingly in the case of twin children, born pursuant to a surrogacy
agreement, it was not possible to grant a parental order either in favour of the
respondent parents, or the applicant stepfather. Accordingly, the Family Division,
in granting various orders, made the children wards of Court!
