Have your say: The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) has opened a consultation on its proposal to increase selected court fees and Help with Fees income thresholds in line with inflation. The MoJ is seeking responses from anyone with an interest in or views on the matter. 

The closing date for consultation responses is 17 May 2021.
