CALCULATE DAILY REST PERIOD WITH REGARD TO ALL WORKING HOURS UNDER MULTIPLE CONTRACTS WITH SAME EMPLOYER

In a recent employment case it was held that where a worker has several employment contracts with the same employer, the minimum daily rest period in Article 3 of the Working Time Directive (2003/88/EC) (WTD) applies to those contracts taken as a whole and not to each of those contracts taken separately.
