HMCTS has provided guidance on accessing hearings remotely during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. The court or tribunal will decide which hearings can take place through these methods and will communicate it in the hearing notice. Hearings will only be conducted by video or phone if the judge or magistrate is satisfied that it is in the 'interests of justice for everyone involved.'
