HUMAN RIGHTS JOINT COMMITTEE CALL FOR EVIDENCE

Have your say: the Joint Committee on Human Rights (JCHR) has opened a call for evidence seeking views to inform its response to the Ministry of Justice’s (MoJ) ongoing Independent Human Rights Act Review, which was launched on 13 January 2021. The JCHR’s inquiry runs alongside the MoJ’s. 

Evidence to inform the JCHR’s initial response to the review is welcome by 19 February 2021, although the call for evidence will remain open until 22 March 2021 to inform any further work.
