Have your say: the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) has launched a comprehensive review of The Criminal Injuries Compensation Scheme to assess whether the scheme remains fit for purpose, reflects the changing nature of violent crime and effectively supports victims in their recovery. The MoJ welcomes feedback from the public, victims and survivors, victims’ groups, academics and clinical experts and other professionals.
Feedback can be submitted via an online survey by 11.59 pm on 9 October 2020.
