Have your say: the European Commission has launched a public consultation on the revision of Regulation (EU) No 910/2014, eIDAS, in order to amend the rules on electronic identification and trust services for electronic transactions in the internal market. The consultation will look into the latest technological and policy developments such as the increased reliance on doing business online. The Commission wants to hear from a broad range of stakeholders and citizens and alongside this consultation the Commission will launch targeted consultations with selected groups of stakeholders.
The consultation closes on 2 October 2020.
