Have your say: the Phone-paid Services Authority (PSA) is consulting on revised guidance for consent to charge mechanics within the phone-paid services industry. PSA found that consumers should not be charged for a phone-paid service without their informed consent as it causes a lack of trust which reduces future consumer engagement with phone payment. This in turn lessens opportunities for market growth and development. The consultation is open until 11 October 2019.
