DISMISSAL FOR IMPROPER PROSELYTIZING

Hi, it’s Deborah and Euzi

This is a case of the fairness of a nurse’s dismissal for improper proselytizing (ie attempting to convert others to a particular religion) despite receiving an earlier warning and agreeing not to raise matters of religion with patients unless a patient asked her to do so. The Court of Appeal concluded that the dismissal for improper proselytizing at work was not unfair.
