Have your say: the government has opened a consultation in search of views on the UK’s future regime for the exhaustion of intellectual property rights. The government has said that the future regime will underpin future rules on parallel imports into the UK. Following the UK’s exit from the EU, the government now can change these rules.
The consultation will run until 31 August 2021. |
