DWP CONSULTATION ON SIMPLER ANNUAL BENEFIT STATEMENTS

Have your say: the Department for Work & Pensions (DWP) has opened a consultation on the draft Occupational and Personal Pension Schemes (Disclosure of Information) (Amendment) Regulations 2022 and associated guidance with proposals requiring pension schemes to issue their members with simpler annual benefit statements. 

The consultation will run until 29 June 2021 with the aim that the proposed changes will come into effect in April 2022.
