To all of you who wear beard please be aware just in case this situation happens to you: Elements Personnel recruitment agency recruited staff to five-star hotels in London and adopted a no-beard policy. Mr Sethi, a Sikh, refused to shave his beard for religious reasons. Mr Sethi successfully argued that the no-beard policy amounted to indirect discrimination (section 19 of the Equality Act 2010)...
