The updated code replaces a 2011 version, as required under the Data Protection Act 2018 and explains changes to data protection legislation where relevant to data sharing.

Have your say: the Department for Work and Pensions and the Department of Health and Social Care have launched a joint consultation into new statutory sick pay (SSP) proposals. The new proposals, designed to encourage those with disabilities and long-term health conditions back into work, will entitle two million new low-paid workers to SSP.
